Charro AZ Tax Credit

Here are some general guidelines for using the Charro AZ Tax Credit

  • An individual must make the gift. Corporations, foundations, and partnerships do not qualify.
  • The maximum credit allowed for single taxpayers is $1,257 and $2,511 those who are married and filing jointly.
  • When completing your taxes, fill out Arizona Form 321 to claim your tax credit.
